Thank you to those parents/carers who have already completed the survey indicating the after-school provision you will need after the Easter holiday. Please complete the survey, if you require after-school care after Easter. The survey allows you to select specific days and times of the week. The deadline to complete the form is by Monday 15th March. Thank you.
